"They say its supposed to be £5 for any one stop in Livingston, then the drivers charge £7-£10 for it depending on what they feel like charging so keep that in mind before booking."

"The app is a waste of time and money. Twice I booked a taxi and the app sent it to the wrong area, the first trip cost more by using the app instead of the flat rate they offer. When asking staff why it cost more, they actively told me not to use the app so why have it? Second trip my taxi was booked but there was no notification to tell me that they had no cars available, so I was left with a 1 hour wait for a taxi which never came, which turned into a 4 mile walk home. Will not be using them or the app again."
